个人简介
个人简介郝锋，男，教授，博导，国家青年特聘专家/成都市蓉漂计划入选者，美国材料研究协会(mrs)会员。
2012年7月获得清华大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位，随后加入美国西北大学化学系从事博士后研究工作，2017年1月加入电子科技大学。长期从事新型低成本高效率太阳能电池的研究工作，研究领域包括染料敏化太阳能电池，量子点敏化太阳能电池以及新型钙钛矿太阳能电池，围绕“材料组分/薄膜特性/器件性能/电荷输运机理”开展了大量研究工作，着重研究新型光电材料的设计合成与可控制备及其界面电荷传输与复合机制。迄今共发表sci论文40余篇，包括naturephotonics,j.am.chem.soc.(5),energyenviron.sci.,adv.funct.mater.等业界顶尖刊物，论为引用已超过3000次，单篇引用最高1200次，单篇引用超过100次6篇，5篇研究论文被选为webofscience的高被引论文，并被sciencenews,natureworldnews,dailynews,nanowerk,phys.org,sciencedaily,ieeespectrum,environmentalnewsnetwork等媒体以及美国化学化工新闻图片报道。
dr.fenghaoisafullprofessorintheschoolofmaterialsandenergyofuniversityofelectronicscienceandtechnologyofchina(uestc).hereceivedhisdoctordegreefromtsinghuauniversityin2012withtheresearchtopicofdye-sensitizedsolarcells(dscs)underthesupervisionofprof.honglinandprof.jianbaoli.thenhemovedtonorthwesternuniversityinusasapostdoctoralresearchfellowforfouryearsinthedepartmentofchemistrywithprof.mercourig.kanatzidis.hejoinedinuestcin2017asafullprofessor.currentlyhisresearchfocusesonvariousphotovoltaicmaterialsanddevicesincludingdscsandhalideperovskitesolarcells.meanwhile,heisalsoinvolvedinmanyphotonicmaterialssuchastco,functionalthinfilms,andsemiconductorcompounds.prof.haohaspublishedmorethan40peer-reviewedscipapers,includingnaturephotonics,jacs,eesandafmetc,withatotalcitationover3000and5esihighlycitedpapers.hewastherecipientoftherecruitmentprogramofglobalexperts(national1000youthplantalent),the1000youthplantalentofsichuanprovinceandtherongpiaoprojectinchengducityin2018.
