研究领域


锂离子电池正极材料的设计、合成与应用研究,并与产业界紧密结合,将技术等科研成果尽快转化成生产力。主要研究和产业化的正极材料包括改性层状钴酸锂、高密度钴酸锂、高电位钴酸锂;改性层状镍钴酸锂、高密度与高能量密度镍钴酸锂;高比容量、高振实密度、高倍率、长循环寿命橄榄石型磷酸铁锂;高比容量、长高温循环寿命改性尖晶石型锰酸锂;高能量密度、高安全性、长循环寿命改性层状镍钴铝酸锂(nca)及其衍生产品;高比容量、长循环寿命、高安全性改性层状镍钴锰酸锂三元正极材料等;正在研究的正极材料包括聚阴离子型硅酸亚铁锂/c复合材料及其衍生产品,包括硅酸锰锂/c,硅酸钒锂/c,硅酸钴锂/c等;改性层状富锂锰基正极材料;改性层状锰系正极材料;层状钒酸锂正极材料;磷酸亚铁锂/c复合材料衍生产品,包括磷酸钒锂/c、磷酸锰锂/c、磷酸钴锂/c等。 研究内容2 化合物型半导体薄膜太阳能电池材料与器件研究。主要包括iii-v族化合物,如gaas、inas、gap、inp、gasb、insb、gan、inn及其衍生物;ii-vi族化合物,如zno、zns、znse、znte、cds、cdte及其衍生物,包括cis、cigs、czts等。
