／スーパーフライ）是一支2007年出道的日本乐团，组成时包括吉他手多保孝一（日语：多保孝一）（多保 孝一
／たぼ こういち；1982年2月11日－）与主唱越智志帆（越智 志帆
／おち しほ；1984年2月25日－），现时仅有越智一人以单人乐团（日语：一人バンド）的形式运作，多保则在离团后继续提供作曲及作词。其歌曲主要以摇滚风格为主，演唱具有极强爆发力的特征。履历
superfly原有的两名成员越智志帆与多保孝一于2004年的时候在日本爱媛县松山大学一个音乐交流会认识并结成。乐团的名字来自著名灵魂乐歌手柯提斯·梅菲尔德的作品《superfly》。经过不同的唱片公司争夺后，superfly于2007年以单曲《hello hello》出道。在数月后，第二张单曲《manifesto》发行，但于同年11月8日，多保孝一宣布会淡出乐团活动，但仍然会为乐团提供作曲及作词。其后，越智志帆继续使用superfly名义进行个人音乐活动。11月28日，superfly发行了与澳洲乐队jet合作的单曲《i spy i spy》。
越智志帆的歌曲风格深受卡洛尔·金，玛丽亚·马尔道（英语：maria muldaur），滚石乐队及摇滚女歌手janis joplin影响。她于2008年时获邀前往美国旧金山与摇滚乐团big brother and the holding company的成员sam andrew见面，作为参与纪录片拍摄《the steps of janis》的一部分。于2009年纽约站的胡士托音乐节纪念巡回演唱会，越智志帆也与big brother and the holding company同台演出。
superfly的首张原创专辑《superfly》于2008年5月推出，而第二张原创专辑《box emotions》则于2009年9月推出。该专辑推出首周便获得超过200,000张销量，也被日本itunes商店选为2009年最佳专辑。之后推出的单曲《dancing on the fire》也获得了日本mtv音乐频道最佳摇滚mv奖。
2010年的首个作品《タマシイレボリューション》于6月发行，被选为nhk的2010世界杯主题曲。同年9月发行了翻唱与新曲精选专辑《wildflower & cover songs:complete best 'track 3'》，再度获得了oricon唱片榜冠军。2011年superfly的首张作品《beep!! / sunshine sunshine》于3月发行。同年6月，superfly发行了第三张原创专辑《mind travel》。2015年，superfly首度参与nhk红白歌合战。
值得一提的是，日本爱媛县久万高原町（越智志帆的家乡）气象台把一颗小行星以越智志帆的名字命名为91907 shiho。
